Spinach roll with cottage cheese, mozzarella and herbs

Ingredients: For the dough: eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, baking powder, flour, corn starch (you can potato), salt, spinach, For the filling: mozzarella or any other cheese, sour cream, dry spices and herbs, cottage cheese

Cooking method:

Pour boiling water over spinach, squeeze.

Put all the ingredients for the dough into a bowl at once and pierce with an immersion blender. The dough should turn out like pancakes.

Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 180 for 7-10 minutes.

Remove from oven, let cool.

Add grated mozzarella, sour cream, herbs, spices to cottage cheese, mix. This is the stuffing.

Apply the filling to the cooled dough layer, smooth it and use parchment or cling film to tightly roll it into a roll and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, you can overnight.
