Today I have Braised Cabbage. I think a lot of people love her. And most importantly, cabbage is very useful and necessary for the body. White cabbage contains enough vitamins and minerals to become a permanent and complete product for anyone who cares about their health. The chemical composition of cabbage contains: vitamins A, B1, B2, B5, C, K, PP, as well as potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, manganese, iron, sulfur, iodine, phosphorus, rare vitamin U, fructose, folic acid and pantothenic acid, fiber and roughage fibers. I will not write much, everyone can read about it on the Internet. I'd rather tell you about the recipe.

" Stewed cabbage"

Ingredients: meat (non-fatty varieties), cabbage, water, bell pepper, onion, herbs, tomato (or homemade tomato), salt

Cooking method:

We take the meat, wash it and cut it into small pieces, preferably long, thin, as in my photo. We put it in a slow cooker and pour some water. Salt and set the program "quenching" for 50 minutes.

While our meat is stewing, we prepare vegetables. We clean the onion, bell pepper, wash and cut: onion into four parts and strips, bell pepper straws, greens finely, cabbage is also not coarsely cut, three tomatoes on a grater (or take a ready-made tomato, home).

The meat is stewed for 20 minutes, then add the onion, bell pepper, tomato and simmer for another 10 minutes. and add cabbage, herbs and mix everything. And let the multicooker finish the job. Bon Appetit!!!
