Tonight I have baked cod with fresh vegetable salad for dinner. As usual with my diet - no salt. 100 grams of cod fillet contains only 90 kcal. Ingredients: Cod fillet (I got less than 100 grams ready-made), Ground paprika, Ground pepper black, small cucumber, red cherry tomatoes, pickled mozzarella, small white or onion, olive butter
Cooking method:
Rub the fish with paprika and pepper on both sides. For convenience, I cut the fillet in half and put it in a baking dish. Baked for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
For the salad, coarsely chop the cucumber and cherry tomatoes, finely chop the onion into half rings and cut the mozzarella balls in half. Drizzle everything with olive oil and mix. I prepared a large portion, but divided it into two parts.
