Pancakes stuffed with minced meat and eggs will turn out to be very satisfying and tasty. If your family is not against green onions, then you can add it to the filling - it goes perfectly with a boiled egg. If the dish will be served immediately to the table, then it is permissible to add mayonnaise or sour cream to the filling to make it more juicy. Cook with pleasure!

Pancakes with meat and eggs

Ingredients: eggs, flour, milk, salt, vegetable oil, Stuffing: eggs, minced meat, onion, salt, pepper, herbs

Cooking method:

In a bowl, beat eggs with salt, add flour. Gradually adding milk, mix the dough. Add vegetable oil and let the dough stand for 10 minutes. Fry pancakes in a hot pan.

For the filling, fry finely chopped onion in vegetable oil, add minced meat, salt and pepper and fry until tender.

Boil eggs, cut into cubes. Chop greens. Mix with minced meat.

On the pancake put 2 tbsp. tablespoons of filling and roll up. Ready-made pancakes, if desired, can be fried in butter. Bon Appetit!
