For lunch, I decided to once again take advantage of unfairly forgotten pots. She cooked them chicken breast with zucchini and buckwheat. The result I have dinner with chicken breast, courgette and buckwheat, steamed in a pot and salad: radishes (35 g), cucumber (60), filled with 20 g of 10% cream. Total - 430 kcal.
For dinner I chicken breast baked in the oven with the cheese and tomato salad (cucumber and tomato), dressed with 10% cream (25 g).
All went to dinner 300 kcal.
