Couscous, couscous is a cereal (and a dish from it), of Maghreb or Berber origin. As a rule, couscous is prepared on the basis of durum wheat semolina. If desired, when preparing this salad, instead of couscous, you can use millet, pearl barley or wheat groats - it also turns out very tasty, quite satisfying, and at the same time not too high-calorie! In terms of its composition, the salad will completely replace your main dish. Tasty and healthy!

Warm salad with couscous, vegetables and chicken liver

Ingredients: couscous, chicken liver, green beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, rice vinegar, soy sauce, salt/black pepper

Cooking method:

We clean the chicken hearts and cut into large cubes. Fry in a well-heated pan for about 10 minutes with the addition of 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;

Salt, pepper, add chopped peppers and tomatoes (diced), simmer for about 5-7 minutes, remove from heat and add to the cereal. Also add green beans (boiled for about 7 minutes in boiling salted water and cut into 2-3 parts).
