If desired, when preparing this salad, instead of couscous, you can use millet, pearl barley or wheat groats - it also turns out very tasty, quite satisfying, and at the same time not too high-calorie! In terms of its composition, the salad will completely replace your main dish. Tasty and healthy!
Ingredients: couscous, chicken liver, green beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, rice vinegar, soy sauce, salt/black pepper
