Cottage cheese must be taken fine-grained, otherwise it must be rubbed through a sieve.

Add dough, raisins if desired, stir. Adding flour, knead the dough. The amount of flour must be adjusted if necessary, because it depends on the degree of moisture content of the curd. Cover and leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours. Then, knead the dough and divide into the desired number of parts, I divide by 12. Roll each piece into a ball and place on a baking sheet. Cover with foil, leave for 20 minutes.
