Excellent dinner. I did not buy anything specifically for this dish. All of what was in stock. Soba is cooked for 3 minutes. Meat with vegetables 20. Everything is very fast.
Ingredients: soba, chicken fillet, onions, zucchini, carrots, peas, corn, salt, spices for chicken, Vegetable oil for frying, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, sugar, Green onions for serving
Cooking method:
Cut the chicken fillet into strips. When it is still a little frozen, it is easier to cut. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, add salt, spices. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add frozen vegetables. You can add other vegetables, those that are in the freezer. For example, pepper, tomato, green beans. Add some water and simmer for 10 minutes. Then add corn (I have canned) so I added it at the end of cooking.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce and barbecue sauce, add sugar. Mix. Pour over vegetables into skillet. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil the soba. Place soba in boiling salted water and cook for 3 minutes or as directed on package. Then rinse, put in a colander. Add to skillet, stir. And serve sprinkled with onions.
