Ingredients: Dough:, egg whites, citric acid, granulated sugar, cornmeal or starch, salt, almond petals, Cream:, egg yolks, granulated sugar, milk, wheat flour, butter (butter can be replaced with curd cheese), vanillin, Decoration: fresh strawberries, petals almond

Cooking method:

Dough: Beat proteins, sugar, citric acid until stable peaks.

Add cornmeal and beat again.

Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment and flatten.

Sprinkle the protein dough with almond petals to taste.

Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 40-50 minutes.

Cream: Beat egg yolks with sugar until fluffy white foam.

Pour warm milk into the resulting mass and mix.

Add flour, vanilla and mix.

Put on the stove and cook over low heat, stirring constantly.

Cool the prepared mixture.

Pour the oil into the cooled mixture and beat everything.

Assembly: Put 1/3 of the cream on the chilled meringue cake (you can add a berry).

Roll the semi-finished product into a roll, decorate with cream and strawberries, sprinkle with almond petals. Done! Refrigerate 30 min. Bon Appetit!
