If you love pasta as much as I do, then this selection is for you π For a change, try these cooking options. Fast and no worse than pasta in a restaurant. (The list of ingredients shows everything, for five recipes.)
Ingredients: Pasta, Cheese, Cream, Sausages, Tomato juice, Calamari, Vegetables, Eggs, Flour, Seasonings
Cooking method:
Pasta on tomato juice Place macaroni and sliced ββsausages in a deep frying pan. Pour in tomato juice and water in a ratio of 3 to 1, so that the products are completely submerged. Chop a large tomato and a bunch of green onions and add to the pan. Cook over medium heat with the lid closed for about 15 minutes until the water boils away. Don't forget to stir every 3 minutes. After boiling, the pasta will remain in a delicious sauce.
Light pasta with squid In an hour we get ready-made homemade noodles (it has less kcal than pasta), squid rings, cream 10%. We wash the defrosted squids from slippery films on both sides, fry for 2 minutes in butter with seasoning to taste, and add cream. The sauce thickens quickly. At the same time, shake the noodles, throw them into a pot of boiling water with salt for 3 minutes, then into a pan with squid, add sweet and sour sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Decorate the bowl with parsley.
Stuffed crab paste Grind crab sticks and mozzarella in a blender. We stuff very large horns with this mixture, in a dry form. Lay on foil in a baking dish. Pour the mozzarella liquid, whipped with 10% cream, egg yolk, salt and pepper (if the pasta is not completely submerged, add water). Cover with foil and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Drain the liquid through a colander and serve sprinkled with dill.
Pasta in bechamel sauce Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the chopped tomatoes with salt and pepper, add half a glass of flour and gradually pour in the milk and water, while stirring constantly. When you get a thickened sauce without lumps, add cooked spaghetti and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Mac&cheese Boil pasta until al dente. Pour 150 ml of cream into a saucepan, add 200 grams of grated cheese, and stir over low heat. As soon as the sauce begins to boil, pour in the boiled pasta and leave for another minute. When serving, you can add vegetables. The sauce wraps around the pasta and stretches a little. If you have time, you can hold the pasta soaked in sauce in the oven for 15 minutes, preheated to 180 gr. Then a crust forms on top.
