Vegetable ratatouille with jalapeno

Ingredients: Eggplants, Tomatoes, Potatoes, Jalapeno Peppers, Greens, Garlic, Salt, Vegetable Oil

Cooking method:

☝All ingredients in arbitrary quantity. Wash the vegetables, cut into thin circles, without peeling the skin.

Alternate slices of vegetables, laying in a baking dish in the following sequence: potatoes, tomato, eggplant. They are laid out in a circle, tightly enough, until the container is completely filled.

Prepare the sauce: mix, vegetable oil with crushed garlic, herbs, salt. Taste the sauce to taste for salt.

Spread the jalapeno peppers over the vegetables, evenly pour the sauce over the vegetables and cover (you can use foil).

Bake in the oven, temperature 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes, after which another 10 minutes in the open.
