Ingredients: For the dough:, Flour, Egg, Salt, Vegetable oil, Water, For the filling:, Potato, Onion, Vegetable oil (for frying), Ground black pepper (I took 1/2 tsp), Salt
Cooking method:
For the dough: make a well in the middle of the flour, add salt, egg and slightly warmed water there.
Knead the dough and add vegetable oil. Continue kneading until the mass becomes homogeneous and elastic. Let the test rest.
For the filling: add a part of the fried onion, salt and black pepper to the boiled potatoes. Mash potatoes into puree.
Roll out the dough with a thickness of 1.5-2mm. cut out circles and fill them with stuffing. We make dumplings.
Cook dumplings in salted water for 6-7 minutes. after boiling.
Serve the dumplings on the table hot sprinkled with fried onions.
