Zucchini baked in the oven with tomatoes, cheese and garlic

Ingredients: Young zucchini, Tomatoes, sour cream (can be replaced with mayonnaise), cheese (medium softness), Garlic (dried can be used), Vegetable oil for mold lubrication, Salt

Cooking method:

Wash the zucchini, pat dry and cut into rings about 1 cm thick. If you use young ones, then you do not need to peel the skin.

Wash the tomatoes, dry them, remove the tips and cut into rings.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater and put in a deep plate.

Peel the garlic and pass through a garlic press, or chop very finely. Add to cheese. If dry, it is desirable to finely granulate.

Add sour cream or mayonnaise to a plate with cheese and garlic and mix thoroughly.

Place the zucchini on a greased baking sheet. At this stage, they can be slightly salted on both sides, if desired.

Put chopped tomatoes on top of the zucchini.

Put the cheese mixture on the resulting sandwiches.

We put the finished baking sheet in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake until tender about 30 minutes. The cheese should brown.

We take out the finished zucchini, let it cool a little and serve it to the table with any side dish, or as an independent dish.
