Ingredients: Flour, Egg π₯ chicken, Dry yeast, Milk, Vegetable oil for frying and dough, Butter creamy, Sugar, Salt, Vanillin, For the filling:, Fresh cabbage, Tomato paste, Bulb onion, Vegetable oil for frying
Cooking method:
To begin with, warm the milk slightly. Activate yeast. Pour yeast into a separate cup and mix with half a glass of warm milk, adding 1 tsp. Sahara. Wait until the bubbles appear, the yeast "comes to life".
In a large mixing bowl, mix egg, sugar and salt. Melt butter, add vanilla and activated yeast. Pour in milk, mix everything well with a whisk. Then add vegetable oil and begin to gradually add the sifted flour. Knead soft dough and knead 4-5 times for 5 hours. Then put on the table and form pies. Fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown.
