Ingredients: Egg, Flour, Sugar, Corn starch, Baking powder, Stuffing, Curd cheese, Sour cream, Powdered sugar, Impregnation, water, powdered sugar

Cooking method:

Divide the egg at room temperature into whites and yolks.

Whisk egg whites until foamy. Add sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff peaks.

Add yolks one by one and mix everything.

Add sifted flour, corn starch, baking powder. Mix with a spatula.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour out the batter.

We send the dough to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes (depending on your oven).

We take out the biscuit and immediately remove the parchment. We turn into a roll using a towel or parchment. Let's cool down.

We combine cottage cheese, sour cream and powdered sugar. The filling is ready.

For impregnation, mix water and powdered sugar.

We collect the roll. We impregnate our roll with a brush. We spread our filling (if desired, you can add berries to your taste). We twist into a roll, wrap it in cling film, send it to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
