Millet porridge with milk

Ingredients: Millet, Milk, Sl/butter, Apple, Walnuts, Salt, Sugar

Cooking method:

Prepare the ingredients. Rinse the millet well under water. Cut the apple into slices. Crush the nuts.

Melt 1 tbsp in a saucepan. sl. oil, put millet, salt and heat for 5 minutes while stirring. Then add milk and cook until done. Add honey or sugar if desired.

Melt in a frying pan. oil, add sugar and wait for it to dissolve. Then carefully distribute the apple slices in the pan. Spread the slices next to each other without stirring. After 5 minutes, as the apples are softer, turn them over. After caramelizing all the apples, put the nuts in the pan and, stirring constantly, fry them for 5 minutes too. They should be sweet and crispy. Put apples and nuts on a plate with porridge.
