We coat the prepared wings with marinade and place them vertically in a deep bowl in one layer. Cover with foil and put in the refrigerator for an hour.
We spread the pickled wings in a form greased with vegetable oil with the bones up (wrap the bones with foil). We put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
