At the present time I have been able to get rid of 44 kg.

So I decided to myself a little rest and I will try to briefly describe his day and menu. So that you do not bother, and very little to distract and relax.

May 1 I went on nature, came relatives were barbecues and lots of vegetables. Tired from more than physical education). Calories are not considered a rest from this activity, but okoloPP compliance - turkey and vegetables.

But on Sunday I decided to slightly reduce the caloric content of the day.

A breakfast sandwiches I had on rye bread (60 g) with butter (10 g) and low-fat cheese (40 g) under green tea.

Vitamins and omega-3 capsule necessarily accept at breakfast.

Breakfast came on 340 kcal.

I tried after lunch plum candy, which we were treated by relatives. KBZHU do not know her, so write it down on it 100 kcal. I think that for as many calories I ate it, but so be it.

I also succumbed to general hysteria about vitamin D and also decided to drink the course, the more I just brought a jar as a gift, so to speak, to learn about my desire.

Snack my consisted of dried fruits: apricots and plums (total 25 g) under green tea.

snack on 60 kcal.

At lunch yesterday shared barbecue, which remained (even those consumers in our family).

And boil a little pasta durum wheat.

Lunch turned I turkey (about 100 g), durum wheat pasta (about 100 g as a finished product) and vegetables.

Total lunch turned 300 kcal.

A tea afternoon greatly desired chocolate (15 g) - 80 kcal.

For dinner salad two boiled eggs and cucumber with green onion, 30 g of seasoned soft cheese.

The remaining cottage cheese eaten somewhere in 3 hours before bedtime.

All turned out to dinner 270 kcal.

The day I won in 1150 kcal.

Drank water norm today hard since yesterday in nature, as you know, has failed to do so.
