Ingredients: chicken fillet, raw smoked bacon, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic and lemon pepper, large potatoes, mushrooms, vegetable oil grease the baking dish

Cooking method:

Add your favorite spices and soy sauce to the chicken fillet. Mix well and leave to marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes, I put it in the refrigerator overnight.

Peel the potatoes, cut into long slices and boil until half cooked in salted water. Drain the water, put the potatoes in a baking dish, greased with vegetable oil.

Cut chicken and bacon in half. Wrap chicken pieces in bacon.

Wash mushrooms, add lemon pepper, 1 tbsp. spoon of soy sauce, mix and let marinate for 10 minutes.

Put fillet rolls and mushrooms on top of potatoes.
