Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.

And we decided that it is time and in the movies, for example, go for a walk in the evening and possibly arrange a bike ride, weather permitting.
But the day begins with breakfast though.
A breakfast sandwiches I on rye bread (60 g) with butter (10 g), cheese (20 g) and cod roe (15 g). All this under the green tea.
Breakfast came on 310 kcal.
And do not forget after breakfast drink vitamins. Today was the last capsule of omega-3, now again take a break for a month. I remain complex vitamins and vitamin D alone, I started to drink the other day.
Snack for me today was not quite right in my opinion - green tea, a piece of chocolate (15 g) and a paste of prune juice (about 30 grams).
Snack turned on 160 kcal.
I do not know the calorie content of pastes, argue that it is sugar-free, only certain varieties of plums juice. But I still write for the average calorie pastilles plums, which found in Appendix "calorie counter".
If someone knows about this candy - enlighten). I like the taste, not sweet. It's not like that any additives it contains. Looks like a thin plate rolled into a roll.
In the afternoon we went for a walk in the cinema. Accordingly dinner turned out. For a long time I decide what I eat lunch in the end chose Funchoza with vegetables and chicken, I do not know why. Learn calorie dishes could not, therefore, the maximum write for lunch 500 kcal.
They returned home in the evening and immediately decided to go on a bike ride.
