Ingredients: grilled tortillas, chicken egg, chicken meat, semi-hard cheese, tomato, vegetable oil, lettuce
Cooking method:
We need grilled tortillas. Perfect size for my frying pan! Nothing needs to be cut. We will prepare all the products.
I had 3 baked chicken drumsticks. I cut them into cubes. Any cooked meat or sausage will do.
Grated cheese.
Cut the tomatoes into thin circles.
Stir the egg and season with salt.
Take a frying pan, sprinkle with oil and heat. Pour the egg into the hot pan and immediately place the tortilla on top of the egg.
Cover with a lid and bake for 2 minutes. The fire is small. Then, remove the lid and turn the cake over.
We spread the tomato on half the cake, chicken on top and grated cheese on top.
We cover with the second half of the cake, lightly presses with a spatula, cover with a lid and let the cheese grab, a couple of minutes over low heat. It turns out such a tortilla-grilled tortilla with a filling!
We supplement our breakfast with greens and enjoy - bon appetit everyone 🤗!!!
