Cooking method:
ALL ingredients are at room temperature! Beat soft butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Introduce the yolks, lemon zest, pour in the milk and beat gently. Sift flour and baking powder, mix gently until smooth.
Pour the dough into the mold and bake at 180° for 20 minutes. Then put the berry confit on the biscuit (boil the cherries with sugar, thicken with starch if necessary). And top with whipped meringue, to do this, beat the whites with salt until fluffy, then add powdered sugar, lemon juice in parts and continue to beat until stable peaks.
