Who first visited my blog? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I was losing weight with 132.2 kg at about proper nutrition with a deficit of calories. My result today - minus 37 kg.
Every day I talk about his menu and share the results of weight loss and more.

My morning's start with a breakfast from:

Two boiled eggs, rye bread with tomatoes and cod pate. Green tea with jasmine, Vitaminka and omega-3. On vtrak for work - 320 kcal.

After breakfast I went on business, and after returning home felt like something is broken, cold, that is.

Snacking apple and chocolate 75% with green tea - 135 kcal.

I ate chocolate - it is possible for a computer - to work.

Well, yesterday I Navara whole pot of chicken soup with lentils and potatoes, and ate his lunch. Happened - 220 kcal.

Battered about yesterday shortfall of calories, and generally drawn to zhirnenky (still cold, I feel, it's all my fault !!!), I let Statement afternoon green tea with a sandwich on whole grain bread with low-fat cheese, and 7 grams of butter (this is the effect of your dear subscribers! read out yesterday, comments and debates about the butter about who we Russian meat eaters or not at all - pulled me maslitse butter, did not eat it do not even remember how much). Well, you realize that this sandwich your fault, no it does not mine))).

Sandwich came on 210 kcal.

After dinner, do not work, I revered various blogs such as I am, struggling with being overweight, and went to cook chicken roll for dinner.
