Burrito!!! This is one of the visiting cards of Mexico. Unusual taste is unlikely to leave indifferent lovers of spicy! And most importantly, the dish is very satisfying and high-calorie.
Ingredients: meat (beef, pork, you can also chicken), tortilla, garlic, red or Crimean onions, herbs, green onions, tomatoes in their own juice, red beans canned, mozzarella, canned corn, chili pepper (or you can use hot sauce when serving), vegetable oil for frying, salt, pepper, sugar
Cooking method:
Chop garlic, onion and herbs, fry in a pan.
Chop the meat with an ax, you can use a meat grinder, and fry with herbs. I chose lean pork (entrecote).
Add chopped tomatoes in their own juice.
Peel the chili peppers from the seeds, finely chop, send to the meat. This step is optional if someone doesn't like spicy. And for lovers, you can add Tabasco sauce when serving, well, or wrap Chili along with the filling.
Add corn and beans, fry.
Grate cheese and add to skillet. Stir and turn off the fire.
You can make your own tortilla or you can buy it from the store. I bought.
