Ingredients: Flour, Milk, Egg, Sour cream, Hard cheese, Mixture of Provence herbs, Baking powder, Butter for frying, Filling, Egg, Salted salmon, Curd cheese, Grilled pepper, Parsley, Pepper freshly ground
Cooking method:
Mix flour, grated cheese, sour cream, egg. Add a mixture of herbs to taste.
Add baking powder and milk. I replaced the baking powder with slaked soda. Mix.
Bake according to your waffle maker's instructions. I have 150° for 5 minutes.
From this volume of dough, 8 pieces of waffles were obtained. I used waffles as the basis for breakfast: with poached egg, lightly salted salmon, grilled pepper.

Boil a poached egg.
We collect breakfast. Waffles smeared with curd cheese (this time with sun-dried tomatoes). Grilled peppers and parsley leaves on top. Then slices of salted salmon.
Top with a poached egg. Pepper with freshly ground pepper. I love it when an egg is cracked and it flows a little. It's insanely delicious!!!
