Ingredients: Dough, warm milk, sifted flour, dry yeast, sugar, salt, egg + 2 yolks for greasing pies, sunflower oil, Stuffing, cabbage, eggs, rice, salt, sunflower oil, bulbs
Cooking method:
Sift flour into a deep bowl, add sugar and yeast.
Warm milk slightly, pour into flour.
Beat the egg a little with a fork with salt and oil, pour into the mixture and knead the dough (the longer you knead, the better).
Transfer the finished dough to a clean, deep container pre-lubricated with oil, cover with a film and a towel, put in a warm place.
While the dough is rising, prepare the filling. We cut the onion into half rings, put the eggs to boil, chop the cabbage, and cook the rice.
Fry the onion in oil for 2 minutes, then add the cabbage, salt and simmer over low heat until tender.
Peel and cut the eggs, add to the cabbage.
Rice should be cooked to al dente, just add to the cabbage and mix well.
The dough has risen, take it out and roll it into a sausage on a table sprinkled with flour, cut into portioned pieces, roll into circles, put the filling, I have a full tablespoon with a slide, pinch.
We put the pies in the oven preheated to 180 gr, I bake them on a silicone mat without lubricating the baking sheet with oil about 20 minutes, then remove, brush with beaten yolk and put back in the oven until golden crusts.
