November was grey, tedious and heavy. The sky was on my head, the ever-drizzling rain and the fact that it was still warm enough - still pleased a little. I wanted hot tea, cappuccino and delicious cake. I bought two new books: Desserts and English Desserts. My favorite pies are apple pies. Here is the first pie and became apple. Friends highly appreciated the taste of this pie! The dough turned out very unusual. I never ate this in Russia, but in Ukraine they sold something similar in cooking - gingerbread. Apfelkuchen mit cidr. Apple Cider Pie

Ingredients: flour, baking powder, butter in small pieces, sugar, chopped "apple circles" as in the bottom photo, raisins (I always keep a jar of raisins soaked in rum for such purposes, which give extra flavor), sweet cider, an egg, raspberries

Cooking method:

1. Grease a 20cm tin with butter and line with parchment paper. 2. Mix flour with baking powder, sift into a bowl, add butter and rub with your fingers into crumbs. 3. Add sugar, raisins, apples and mix. 4. Add cider and beaten egg, stir to make it soft! dough. Then gently stir in the raspberries, so as not to damage the berries.

Therefore, I advise you to do this: Put the dough on the bottom, put it arbitrarily, preferably in a checkerboard pattern, berries, for each put a spoonful of dough on the berry and put the next berries between and put them on the berries again and fill in this order shape.

(Since my husband only eats pureed, pitted raspberries, I had to give up raspberries.) 5. Put the dough into a mold. 6. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Bake 40 minutes until golden brown. (I advise you to set a timer for 30 minutes and check). Leave the finished cake a little in shape. Then place on a wire rack and serve completely cooled.
