The bread stays soft and fresh for about two weeks. I will share how I store bread so that it does not get stale or moldy. And you don't have to throw it away.
In general, it is better to buy as much bread as you eat. It is better to buy fresh bread every day than to save and "save" it. But what if you still have a lot of bread and do not have time to eat?
Then my advice will come in handy.
Bread should be cut into portioned pieces and wrapped tightly with cling film. We wrap each piece, trying to keep as little air as possible between the film and bread.
Now we put the bread in the freezer. Without loss of taste and its properties, bread is stored for 10-14 days. You only need to take it out and wait 10-15 minutes - this is how long the bread is defrosted at room temperature.
You can also heat it in the oven or in a pan, grill, etc. Then it will be soft and hot inside, and crispy on the outside.
Well, if the bread still began to get stale, then I find a use for it. Either I make croutons, or I cut them into small cubes and dry them in a pan or in the oven. Crackers are obtained, which can then be used, for example, for Caesar salad or other dishes.
