Today I am sharing a recipe for Tender Zucchini Casserole in the oven without rolling the dough. When my daughter tried this casserole in the oven for the first time, she exclaimed. Wow, how delicious, it turns out zucchini can be delicious! Appetizing crispy top, but soft and tender inside. This is delicious. Can be prepared as a substitute for fried zucchini pancakes.

Recipe:

Zucchini -400 gr.

Eggs -2 pcs.

Flour -80 gr.

Salt -1/2 tsp

Black pepper - to taste

Cheese -50-100gr.

COOKING METHOD

We take a zucchini weighing 500 grams, peel it. The weight of the peeled zucchini is 400 grams, rub on a coarse grater. Add a little salt and leave for 5 minutes so that the zucchini will juice.

Now slightly squeeze the zucchini from the juice. Break 2 eggs, add 2-3 cloves of garlic, a little black pepper and salt.

Mix and add 80 grams of flour. We take the form from my size 27 cm by 15 cm, you can take a larger size, it will turn out thinner. Lubricate with oil and put the squash dough, level.

Grate about 70 grams of cheese on a fine grater and simmer the zucchini. We put in a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Be guided by your oven.

We take it out and serve it to the table in the heat of the heat. Cut into portions. It turns out tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.
