I saw this recipe on the internet. I liked it and I wanted to cook it. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the dish, so I came up with it myself. It turned out very unusual, interesting and tasty! Try... You will not regret it.

Puff pastry and suluguni cheese sombrero

Ingredients: Puff pastry, Suluguni cheese, Mushroom mushrooms, Balykova sausage, Vegetable oils, Sour cream sauce, Onion, Egg, Salt

Cooking method:

Roll out the dough thinly, cut a circle out of it with a plate, divide it into two parts.

Make two bags out of foil. For density, fill these bags with foil. Now we put the bag on a half circle of dough and wrap the bag with dough. Cut off the excess foil on top.

Cut the remaining dough into strips. Next, we take Suluguni and cut out two circles from it with a thickness of about 0.7 mm.

Using a small round object, cut out the middle of the cheese, put it on a plate: they will still be useful to us. Strips neatly tightly so that the cheese is not visible, wrap the cheese through the middle. It turns out like a skirt.

Then we put a bag of dough in the middle of the skirt and glue it together: it resembles a sombrero in shape.

We put the bags on a skirt in a greased baking dish and put them in an oven heated to 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes. While the cookies are baking, prepare the filling. We put mushrooms in the pan, add a little water and fry them for 10 minutes, then add the onion, chopped sausage (I have balykova), and fry for about 10 more minutes.

Remove from fire, cool. After the time has elapsed, remove the pastry from the oven, cool slightly.

After that, we take the bags and turn them over onto a glass. Now the fun part... Carefully remove the foil from the bags and begin to fill them with stuffing. First, put in bags for 1 tsp. l. sour cream sauce, then fried mushrooms with sausage and onions. From above we cover with a small circle of Suluguni, which we cut out at the very beginning.

Now we put the bags back in the baking dish on the skirt, grease with a beaten egg and bake in the oven at 240 ° C for about 5-10 minutes until browned. Take out of the oven, cool.
