Good day, losing weight!

Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 43 kg.

Finally came the weekend! Saturday was sunny and warm! How to order. Apparently, now I have the weekend is often a small chitmil - the day when you can afford snacks and count calories. Useful stuff to reset the body and relaxation.

You must give yourself to understand what we ourselves love and not deprive all the favorite and tasty, and then there will be less reason for the disruption and psychologically it will be easier to pass their way of weight loss.

Well, my day started well with the usual breakfast me - sandwiches on whole grain bread (60 g) with butter (10 g) and salted fish (about 40 grams) under the green tea.

At breakfast, I drink vitamins and omega-3 capsule.

Total for breakfast turned out at me 390 kcal.

Snack was not because 11 hours (rather nosh I have just about 11) we went to nature, to barbecues.

And of course, for myself, I did skewers of turkey breast.

The whole day we spent in nature.

If you try to calculate the weight of the time I ate about 350 grams (raw) turkey and lots of vegetables, 60 grams of bread.

At this time, pickled mushrooms - it turned out delicious! Use sour cream, mustard usual, French mustard, salt, pepper, garlic and dry in the refrigerator overnight.

And yes, there was zapreschenka (for me) in the form of beer bottles. Rare moments when I allowed myself to lose weight a little bit of alcohol - it is a holiday, but now the nature of a kebab, I confess, I can not even afford to refuse.

It would be possible to calculate the calories for the day, but I will not do it.

The only thing I did not like - the fact that I did not drink water standards.

And, you know, all the same no matter how eager we are to the goal, as it did not want to lose weight, yet you have to give yourself to relax and not to focus on losing weight.

But remember that any relaxation should be in moderation and not more often than once a week, otherwise all our achievements can be wiped out. This is the first thing I remind myself).

I want to share with you that's feeling after these days. For me, this is the second chitmil two weeks. And these small holidays - improve mood and give new strength to continue the job. I do not even charge on the fact that all the same to start running in the mornings).

You know, for a year, I am in the mode of weight loss on calorie deficit and last while the mood has fallen. Not to say that hands down and wanted to quit. But the thought, honestly, creeping type - or maybe because I have nothing.

But is such a psychological relief, helped me get rid of all unnecessary thoughts.

No, it's not the time to stop! Lose Weight, chitmilim and losing weight again!
