Soon Easter and most of us can not imagine Easter without Easter cake.

Today I want to offer you a recipe about PP cake.

I am sure that such a test, you will be ready to stand not just cake, but just cupcakes. Because it is very tasty!

We will need 1 small cake with a final weight of 390 g

For the dough:

  • 100 g of the curd,
  • 1 egg,
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 140 g rice flour (whole grain)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder,
  • 4 bags / sachet sweetener for those who like sweeter. It took me 2 sachets - a slight hint of sweetness,
  • 10 g raisins.
  • a pinch of turmeric,
  • zest of half a lemon,
  • a pinch of vanilla.

To glaze (if desired)

  • 25 ml conventional milk
  • 2 tablespoons of milk powder,
  • a bag of sugar substitute,
  • 10 g raisins for sprinkling.

Mix all the ingredients with a mixer for dough and adding at the end of raisins which advance soaked in hot water.

We shift in the silicone mold and remove it in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Then subtract up to 100 g, and still held the 5 minutes. I check the readiness of the knife should not remain wet track.

Preparing glaze - 2 tablespoons of milk powder with slide mixed with 25 ml of normal milk sachet and sweetener and mix well until homogenous.

Apply the icing on the cooled cake and sprinkle raisins.
