Cooking method:
We prepare all the necessary ingredients, take dried fruits, preferably washed and dry. We grind dried fruits in a blender, but not to a paste-like consistency. If you add raisins, you do not need to interrupt it.
We add cereals, pumpkin seeds, nuts to dried fruits. Put fillers to your taste, you can add flaxseed or sunflower seeds. We heat the honey, without bringing it to a boil, I put it right in the jar, in the microwave for a few seconds (about 20 seconds) at maximum power. Add warmed honey to dried fruits. The mass should not be very liquid, however, all ingredients should be well saturated with honey.
We lay out a fruit and nut mass more than two centimeters high on a parchment-lined form so that the bars do not crumble. You can use any shape and then cut into portions or into bars. I use a square culinary form, I press down the mass well with a press. This can also be done with a spoon.
We bake in the oven, 20-25 minutes, at a temperature of 170-180 gr. Until golden brown. Take out of the oven, let cool completely. Sprinkled with powdered sugar on top. Bon Appetit.
