And the fish gets a delicious crust. Very tasty and easy! Previously, when I fried fish, I always rolled it in ordinary flour mixed with salt and spices (most often I only have ground black pepper from spices).
But now I don't do that. I found a much better option: now the fish is even tastier, with a delicious golden brown.
And most importantly: it does not burn and does not stick to the pan, unlike wheat flour. Now I use rice flour instead. It is sold in any supermarket, it is inexpensive, so be sure to try it.
Add salt to taste, spices to rice flour, mix, roll the fish (pieces or whole, if the fish is small) and fry as usual in vegetable oil.
By the way, rice flour is an excellent substitute for wheat flour in many dishes. For example, I really like rice flour charlotte and cheesecakes - they turn out very tender and tasty.
Write in the comments how do you fry fish? Do you roll it in flour?
