Ingredients: kefir, flour, sugar, eggs, soda, berries, butter for greasing the mold

Cooking method:

Prepare the list of required ingredients.

In kefir at room temperature, extinguish the soda, leave for 5 minutes for a better reaction. Then add eggs, sugar and sifted flour. Mix everything with a mixer.

Rinse the berries, put them on a sieve to drain excess moisture. Add berries to the dough (I used frozen blackcurrants, but you can use any berries). Mix carefully.

Pour the dough into a bowl greased with butter. "Baking" mode 1 hour 20 min.

After the beep, open the lid and leave the cake to cool slightly in the slow cooker and take it out on a plate. We brew fragrant tea and enjoy a delicious piece of cake!
