Ingredients: pork pulp, potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, salt, ground black pepper, vegetable oil, bay leaves, parsley for serving
Cooking method:
Prepare the required ingredients. Cut the meat into cubes, peel the potatoes, cut into large cubes.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into small cubes. Fry onions and carrots in a pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.
In a heat-resistant dish, lay in layers: meat - fried vegetables - potatoes. Salt and pepper everything.
Pour water so that it covers the ingredients and put on fire, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
Then put chopped garlic, bay leaf into the dish and put in the oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes. When serving, decorate with herbs.
