Good day, losing weight!

Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 43 kg.

I go directly to the menu.

For breakfast I had a piece of cake (about 100g) with green tea, which as I have already told cooked on trial and to share with you retseptikom. And peculiar sandwiches or rolls, do not know how to call - in general pastrami chicken (100 g), tomato (60 g), wrapped in lettuce leaves.

For breakfast, I have turned 340 kcal.

During breakfast I do not forget to drink vitamins and omega-3 capsule.

Greenfinch (lettuce, dill, green onions) I do not believe in caloric content, the more rounded the weight of products in a big way and there is always a supply of Greenfinch calories.

After breakfast, I had a little walk in the cases and on the way back again, I bought a jar of caviar squash. Well, I can not resist this yummy. Especially all came together - and a familiar producer, and squash caviar with normal composition and more... share it! Well, how not to buy?)

And of course, you should try sweets at once !?

At snack wholegrain toast with marrow caviar (50g) under the combination of green tea is a country?) And I like). And then the kiwi - plucked vitamin C and not only).

Snack turned on 180 kcal.

I thought then, and I did not eat for a long time and decided to cook pasta.

For lunch I whole grain pasta (50 g dry) in a creamy mushroom sauce (100 g of raw fungi) and for the low-fat cheese (60 g). And a little bit of cucumber - '60

Lunch came to 485 kcal.

Calorie high because of the large amounts of cheese, decided them get fat, and cheese like very much.

Dinner my consisted of chicken cooked last by fungi and soft cheese (120 g) and lettuce boiled eggs and cucumber (100), sour cream (about 20 g).

Dinner came to 290 kcal.

All in all, the day I got 1295 kcal.
