I have standard minced meat: meat, onions, bread soaked in water, salt and spices. You can not add an egg to the minced meat, the main thing is to beat the minced meat well, and then the cutlets will not fall apart.
So, we prepared minced meat, we make small cutlets out of it, you can roll them in flour or breadcrumbs.
We take a plate or bowl for the microwave, grease it a little with vegetable oil, spread the cutlets and send it to the microwave for 4 minutes, set the power to 800W. No need to cover the plate!
Then turn the cutlets over and turn on the microwave for another 3-4 minutes.
During this time (literally 7-8 minutes), the cutlets have time to fully cook, the minced meat is not raw. Provided that the cutlets are not huge. If you made large cutlets, then the cooking time may increase by 1.5-2 minutes.
