Corn soup with vegetables

Ingredients: canned (frozen) corn, carrots, medium potatoes, medium squash, medium onion, vegetable oil, bell pepper, Salt, pepper, spices, any broth or boiling water, Any greens for decorations

Cooking method:

Prepare the ingredients. Peel and wash vegetables. Finely chop the onion, pepper and carrot.

Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, put onions, fry for 4-5 minutes, add carrots, also fry for 4-5 minutes, add pepper, fry for 4-5 minutes.

Cut the potatoes into cubes, add to the vegetables, pour hot broth (I have boiling water), cook until the potatoes are ready (15-20 minutes).

Cut the zucchini into cubes, add to the soup, then add the corn.

Salt, pepper, add spices. Mix. Cook for 10 more minutes.

Part of the finished soup can be pureed with a blender (you can puree completely). Serve with greens if desired. Bon appetit 😋
