Cooking method:
Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Mix.
Butter and 85 g of chocolate cut into pieces and melt in the microwave or in a water bath. Stir until smooth.
Beat the egg, sugar and vanilla with a whisk or mixer.
Add chocolate mixture and beat again until smooth.
Add all dry ingredients to wet ingredients in 3 steps and mix well.
Mix the last portion with your hands. You should get a dough that looks like plasticine. At the end, add the remaining 15 grams of chocolate. Chocolate must be broken into small pieces in advance or grated on a coarse grater. Mix well.
Turn on the oven to heat up to 190 degrees. At this time, we tear off identical pieces from the chocolate dough with our hands and form balls the size of a walnut.
On a baking sheet lined with baking paper, lay out the balls and press down a little, flatten. It turns out 20 pieces.
Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 10-11 minutes. The cookies should be soft inside.
