Shrimps in soy sauce with ketchup

Ingredients: shrimp, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, garlic, vegetable oil, salt optional

Cooking method:

Prepare the required ingredients. Defrost the shrimp by transferring them from the freezer to the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. Drain in a colander to drain excess liquid.

Pour vegetable oil (olive or sunflower) into the pan. Warm up well. Add the shrimp and lightly fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring over medium heat.

Add tomato ketchup, soy sauce, minced or pressed garlic cloves. Mix well.

When the shrimp are slightly golden and the excess liquid has evaporated a little, you can remove the pan from the heat. Shrimps are ready for beer. Cool and serve.
