Soba with chicken and vegetables, soba with wok vegetables and Chinese cabbage. National Japanese buckwheat noodles combined with fried vegetables, chicken and spices gives a unique taste. I recommend everyone to try.
Ingredients: soba (buckwheat noodles), chicken fillet, medium carrot, large sweet bell pepper, medium onion, Beijing cabbage, ginger root, coriander, soy sauce, oyster sauce, olive oil (vegetable), chili pepper (optional), sesame for serving, green onion for serving, balsamic sauce for filing
Cooking method:
Heat a frying pan (it is better to use a wok) with olive oil, add ginger and garlic, cut into thin strips, coriander. Cut the fillet into strips, add to the pan almost immediately and fry until golden brown on all sides (5-7 minutes).
We cut the onion into half rings, bell peppers into strips, carrots into thin slides (it is convenient to use a vegetable peeler), chili peppers into rings (optional). We send it to the pan. Let's not reduce the fire! Fry quickly.
Thinly cut Beijing cabbage and send to vegetables to vegetables. Add soy and oyster sauce, stir and remove from heat.
Cook soba in boiling water according to package instructions. 7 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Add to vegetables and mix thoroughly.
Serve sprinkled with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. You can drizzle with some balsamic sauce.
