Ingredients: deli pork ribs, peeled apples (2 pcs.), ketchup, sugar (to taste), apple vinegar, soy sauce, ground black pepper, dried garlic, sweet ground paprika, ground cinnamon, salt
Cooking method:
Peel apples, cut into cubes and put in a blender bowl. Tip: apples are better to take sweet and sour. If the apples are sweet, then adjust the amount of sugar.
Add sugar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, ground black pepper, dried garlic, paprika, ground cinnamon, salt and ketchup. Tip: Apple cider vinegar can be replaced with lemon juice.
Blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
Wash pork ribs, pat dry. Cover with sauce and leave to marinate for 1 hour. Leave 3-4 tbsp. sauce for browning the ribs. Tip: the ribs are best taken small, delicious.
Wrap in foil. Bake at 200 degrees for 1.5 hours.
Remove the foil, spread the sauce on the side of the bones and brown on the "Grill" mode.
Turn over, brush the sauce on the meat side and brown again on the "Grill" mode.
The ribs are ready. Ideally served with rustic potatoes and homemade preserves. Bon Appetit!
