Ingredients: small beets, broccoli, blanched, pomegranate seeds, peeled, mozzarella or any other cheese, coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, egg, coconut oil or any other, basil and microgreens for decoration, salt and pepper
Cooking method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Salt the beets and wrap in foil and put in the oven for 40 minutes, until fully cooked.
Take out the beets and use a blender to puree.
In a large bowl, mix all the flour, baking powder, egg and oil, add salt and pepper, mix well.
Place dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and use your hands to form a 1cm pizza base. thickness.
Bake for 25 minutes, remove base from oven and let cool 10 minutes.
