Ingredients: For mushrooms:, champignons, onions, garlic, chopped parsley (optional), vegetable broth / potato broth / water (optional), oatmeal cream, nutritional inactive yeast (optional) optional), soy sauce, smoked paprika, Black pepper as desired and to taste, Salt, For mashed potatoes:, potatoes (medium size), Potato congee/oatmeal or other vegetable cream, Salt
Cooking method:
Peel the potatoes from the skin. Boil in salted water until tender. Mash in mashed potatoes with the addition of potato broth or vegetable cream. I added Nemoloko oatmeal cream.
Finely chop the onion. Fry it in a pan with a little water or oil (I fried it in coconut oil) over medium heat until it is soft and translucent.
Cut mushrooms. Add them to the onion.
Finely chop the garlic and add to the onion and mushrooms in the pan. Cook for about 6 minutes, covered, until mushrooms are tender.
Add smoked paprika, chopped parsley (optional) and cook for 1 more minute covered.
Pour in the vegetable broth / potato broth / water / (optional). I added potato broth. Pour in the cream (I have Nemoloko oatmeal). Also add nutritional inactive yeast (if using) and soy sauce.
Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for about 6 minutes covered. or until thickened. Season with black pepper and salt to taste.
You can garnish with fresh parsley. You can serve not only with mashed potatoes, but also with rice, buckwheat, pasta.
