Cooking method:
We prepare food for cooking. Wash the pork well, pat dry with paper towels. We separate the broccoli, boil it in lightly salted water (my broccoli was already prepared and frozen, it only remained to defrost). We also take a tomato, onion and garlic.
We cut the meat into cubes.
And send it to fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. We add spices. Broccoli cut in half and sent to the meat.
Cut the tomato into cubes and add to the meat.
Mince the garlic.
Finely chop the onion. Add chopped onion and garlic to meat.
Fry over medium heat until the meat is cooked. You can add a little boiling water and simmer under the lid. On average, fry and simmer for 40 minutes.
