It is very easy and simple to prepare such tartlets. With a minimum of ingredients and time, an excellent result is obtained. The appetizer is very tasty, tender and appetizing. Mushrooms can be replaced with champignons. This amount of products was enough for me for 7 tartlets. Try, cook: I hope you will be satisfied.

Tartlets with mushroom filling

Ingredients: tartlets, Frozen mushrooms, Onion (1/4 head), Egg, Cheese, Garlic, dill, Mayonnaise, Salt, ground black pepper, Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method:

Boil the chicken egg and cool. Finely chop the onion.

Pour a little vegetable oil into a preheated pan, heat it up, spread the onion and fry until light golden brown. As soon as the onion is fried, add the mushrooms to it. Stir and fry mushrooms until golden brown. Then salt, pepper to taste, stir and remove from heat. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil. Leave until completely cool.

We clean the cooled chicken eggs from the shell, rub on a fine grater. In a bowl with eggs, three cheese on a fine grater.

Add to eggs and cheese garlic, passed through a garlic press, mushrooms fried with onions, dill. Salt and pepper everything to taste, season with mayonnaise, stir.

Fill the tartlets with the resulting mass and serve.
