Prepare all the products we need. Rinse the chicken under warm water, thaw the mushrooms.
We separate the legs from the carcass: cut the skin with a surplus with a knife (as in the photo), carefully separate the thigh between the femur and pelvic bone. With gentle movements, with a small knife, cut out the bones from the leg. We chop off the bone at the base of the lower leg. We get 2 envelopes - chicken legs without bones inside, which can be slightly salted inside and out.
Put the porcini mushrooms into the iCook™ pan and simmer for 15 minutes. You can salt a little. In a deep bowl, mix stewed mushrooms and grated cheese.
Gently stuff the envelopes - chicken legs with a mixture of cheese and mushrooms. Wrap the leg with excess skin and secure with toothpicks. Bake in the oven in the sleeve at t = 180C for 40 minutes.
