Ingredients: buckwheat, water, chicken fillet, onion, carrot, hard cheese, salt, ground black pepper, seasoning for chicken or meat, vegetable oil
Cooking method:
Prepare the required ingredients. Wash and peel onions, carrots. Remove the skin from the chicken breast, separate from the bones (we will cook a delicious soup from the bones).
Cut the fillet into medium cubes, onion into rings. Wash the buckwheat, put it in a greased form. Pour everything with hot salted water.
Put the chicken pieces on top, then the onion, sprinkle with pepper, seasonings to taste. Three carrots on a coarse grater and fall asleep with the next layer.
Then sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
Cover the form with foil, send to the oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, remove the foil and leave for another 10 minutes to brown the cheese.
