Mannik "Glass" recipe is easy to remember and mannik always turns out delicious, and today I also want to show how I cook such a mannik with jam, so that the jam is exactly in the middle.

Recipe:

Eggs -2pcs

salt -1/3 tsp

sugar -100g (1/2t)

vanilla sugar "Haas" - 1 pack

vegetable oil -100g (1/2st)

jam - 200-300g

kefir -1 tbsp

flour -1st

semolina -1st

baking powder "Haas" - 1 tsp.

COOKING METHOD

We take a glass from me with a volume of 250 ml, measure out flour, semolina, flour, kefir.

Pour 1 cup of kefir into a bowl, break 2 eggs, since I will have mannik with jam, so that sugar does not turn out too sweet, I add 100 grams, and add vanilla sugar, mix.

Add 1 cup of semolina, if desired, you can let stand for 15 minutes, I don’t do this, add flour and now pour in vegetable oil and do not forget to add 1/3 tsp. salt. All mix the dough is ready. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.

We take the form, the size of the form is 19 cm by 19 cm.

Lubricate with oil, pour half of the dough, level it and put it in the oven, bake at 180 degrees for exactly 10 minutes, now we take it out and put a thick jam in my weight of 200-300 grams

Put the second half of the dough on top

put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes until cooked or guided by your oven. Heating top bottom

In this way, the jam will never sink to the bottom, but will be exactly in the middle.

We take it out of the mold, let it cool, cut it and serve it to the table.

I usually take jam with sourness; today I have plum jam.
